SUCTION UNIT
Suction is generated by three carbon brush by-pass motors activated by independent switches located on a solid
metal head, soundproofed with sound-absorbing material.
FILTERING UNIT
The suction nozzle is tangential and the internally welded cyclone promotes partial suppression of the extracted
dust and chips, ensuring excellent filter protection.
COLLECTION UNIT
Finer chips are retained by an additional basket fitted with a PPL filter which removes any impurities from the
oil/emulsion.
A grid basket inside the container separates solids (chips, metal swarf) from liquids, which drain to the bottom of
the container. The liquid is quickly disposed of via a manual liquid drain valve.
