SUCTION UNIT
The suction unit is a high-performance side channel blower, with direct coupling between the motor shaft and
the impeller. Since it has no transmission systems, it requires no routine maintenance and is suitable for long
term continuous operation. The control panel consists of a start/stop push-button panel and magnetic circuit
breaker. A vacuum gauge allows constant monitoring of the vacuum level and filter saturation status. A double
silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air. The turbine is equipped with a pressure relief
valve.
FILTERING UNIT
The antistatic polyester stellar filter, placed inside the filter chamber, guarantees a large filtering surface area and
high resistance to dust passage and clogging.
The filter can be cleaned by means of the integrated mechanical cleaning system: an external filter shaking lever
shakes the filter with a vertical movement, ensuring an effective and safe cleaning action, maintaining constant
suction power and preventing the dispersion of dust into the environment.
COLLECTION UNIT
The steel container is equipped with a quick release system that allows for quick disposal of the vacuumed
material.
